HOW TO PLACE A RESTORATION ORDER
1. Select the Restoration Service Option and/or any shoe care accessories to add to shopping cart.
2. Go to checkout and enter your personal / shipping information and a description of the shoes or belts being serviced.
3. Process your payment using PayPal.
4. After payment processing with PayPal, click on the links on our website to
print your prepaid UPS shipping label and receipt showing the details of your order. You will also receive an email with the same links and confirmation of your order.
5. Pack your shoes in a shoe-sized box and include a copy of your email confirmation order. If you are sending a belt include it in the same box.
6. Seal box and affix the prepaid UPS label on top using clear tape. Drop off your shoes at any UPS location or give to a UPS driver.
7. When we receive your order we will send an acknowledgment to your email address. You can track the shipping status of your order on our website.
