Mezlan Cobbler Service workmanship is guaranteed and comes with 100% customer satisfaction. Our repair guarantee will not cover the future normal wear and tear of your refurbished shoes.
For effective communications and updates regarding the status of your order, please provide your email address. Allow 4 – 5 weeks to have your shoes serviced from the time they are received by Mezlan Cobbler Service.
If upon receipt, it is determined that your shoes cannot be repaired, they will notify you immediately and return your shoes to you.
